I live in Eynsham, am married and have two children.
I am an Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), an Accredited Professional Registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and also a qualified Hypnotherapist.
I am passionate about mental health and supporting clients to enable them to reach their full potential.
Prior to becoming a Counsellor, I worked for many years in various positions including managing a Homeless Hostel, supporting clients with complex mental health needs and supporting clients back into paid employment.
I have also previously worked as a volunteer for the Samaritans and at Cruse Bereavement Care.
I work as an integrative therapist and have studied a number of techniques, some of which include the Person-Centred approach, Psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which means that I can work in a bespoke way to meet your individual needs.
